There is no ‘On The Job’ training to be a ‘part of the people’ under The Constitution. Being an ‘involved person’, means to have applied for citizenship. I offer that in this case, the provisions and precedents be strictly adhered to. I do NOT offer this as a free license for brutality, rather for simple removal. Even so, things are changing.
