The ‘bad guys’ are trying hard to take away ALL ‘Land/Property Rights’. Eminent Domain takes any land for whatever? Then gives that land to private interests? Now West Virginia legislation wants to give more power to ‘take’ by forcing landowners to give up if there are ‘mineral deposits’ underground.>>> How much are you going to take?
