“A different class of people” is absolutely right. I suggest America ‘Bill’ the home countries of immigrant refugees for the amount that is used from the safety net of ‘citizens’. Further, the idea of ‘proof’ of being born in America, is a good idea. The main reason immigrants come here is because of our ‘welfare’ programs (food,water,shelter), and maybe getting work. How about enforcing the wait period of two years before being eligible? Inhumane? Does starving out those who have contributed sound fair? Getting access to the ‘social security’ our own citizens paid for, sound reasonable?
