GUN CONTROL
This report covers a lot of things.
What should be noted is the reference to ‘laws on the books’.
This offers an alternative to any and all additional ‘gun control’ efforts.
None of the groups advocating ‘gun control’ say anything about existing laws, none of them.
As these groups see it, We The People should be at the mercy of those who misuse firearms.
There are and were ‘gun laws’ on the books that offer harsher penalties for the use of firearms during the commission of a crime.
This includes law enforcement officers.
According to ‘witnesses’ (if they have not been intimidated yet) to the Anaheim California police
shooting, the suspect was shot in the leg and was no longer able to flee. When the pursuing officer
arrived, the suspect was shot in the head, execution style, and died.
The ‘laws’ are to be applied equally to all who break them.
The people on the receiving end of ‘law enforcement’ do not get true equality by those enforcing the laws…
And yet, those who never experience this inequality, are looking to remove our Constitutional Right to self defense.
Further, many businesses do not allow Concealed Carry.
This raises the question of IF the Colorado theater had a no carry business policy?
I suggest that instead of reducing people’s right to self defense, it be increased.
Any place that refuses a person to carry a weapon, don’t go there. IF you do, hide your weapon so no one can tell you have one.
Think of what if a person had a lawful weapon at some of these many multiple shootings?
Ask yourself…
Would you defend against someone attempting to kill kids? Grandmothers? Your wife?
There would be little thought or hesitation.
Almost everyone would pull out their weapon and shoot the person trying to kill everyone…
Very few like to kill.
Excepting those gunmen in these mass shootings.
Mr. Anti-gun Bloomberg has used a firearm in self defense…so even those who have a real distaste
for violence can and will protect themselves and others.
Think about the fact that the 1st and 2nd Amendments are the doorway to eliminating all other rights.
I still offer Friday, 7/27 as D-Day on our rights.
